The 2/2 pilot operation direction controls the direction of oil flow of the cartridge valve.
You can choose when needed: A→B or B→A
The following conditions must be followed:
-"Y" hole is always the path for external oil discharge.
-When A→B, the hydraulic pressure in the "X" hole must be the same or greater than the "A" hole and not less than 12 bar.
-When B→A, the hydraulic pressure in the "X" hole must be the same or greater than the "B" hole and not less than 20 bar.
If the valve stops electrical operation and the "X" external pressure supply is sufficient, the main section A→B can be used as a poppet valve.
